As a business We break the funding process down into four stages: Discovery is the first stage where We request information relating to the financial standing of the Client, the nature of the facility required, relevant information relating to any assets that may be subject to the funding and most importantly what the Clients’ financial requirements are.

Please could You therefore complete as much of the attached fact find form as possible and attach the documents requested

In order for Us to be able to process your data you will also have to accept our Privacy Notice and provide consent for Us to process Your data.

Please be aware that there may be circumstances where We feel after the Discovery Stage that We cannot proceed to offer You Our services because We feel We cannot Achieve an overall good outcome for You. We may also feel that You have a vulnerability that We cannot adjust Our services to accommodate to enable Us to provide You with a level of service equal to that which we offer other customers, if this is the case We will inform You.

If We do need to inform You that We cannot proceed, You will not be charged any fees by Us
and Your Client File will be closed at that point.
